by commissioning barebug you acknowledge that you want their art style and will not ask for something too far out from
what they can do. so basically dont ask for realism or for a crazy over complicated designs.i will not draw or make

during my sketch phase i expect you to give feed back! i will change what you want during this time, but once i start outlining/modeling i will not make big changes
-if you plan to use my art for commercial use we must come to a separate agreement.

-half payment before the first sketch and half when i finish.
-no refunds |please make sure you can afford this before you pay me, food is more important|- if i find that i cannot complete your commission for any reason i will refund you.

- if you do not pay, i will not continue to make your model/artwork.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted, and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing or model itself.
-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without permission or proper crediting.
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-Altering the artwork/model without barebug's consent.the price of Commercial rights are to be discussed depending to what extent the art will be used commercially.
-With commercial rights, you can make any merchandise with the artwork.
-Use it on clothing, stickers, and to promote your own brand.
-Credit is still required for usage of the artwork.
